Payment Terms

The payment is divided into three payments.  The first $500 is due upon signing of the contract.  Payment can be made by cash, check or Paypal, using your credit card.

The second $500 is due at completion.   The balance is due 30 days later. 

Or save $25 by paying the balance  by cash or Paypal on the day the playhouse is finished.

Warranty

Your Playhouse comes with a one year warranty on any breakage except for the windows.  Any structural issues are warranted for three years. 

Even though the playhouses are built to keep the rain out, they are not guaranteed to be rainproof. 

They are also not guaranteed to keep pests out, so you should consider regular pest spraying to protect the little ones from bug bites.

SALES TAX

State Sales Tax will be added to the final total.  BUT, there is no City Sales Tax as we are located outside the City limits.
