Playhouses
Your playhouse is built in the same manner as a real house, with standard building materials from local home supply stores. The framing is made from 2x4 construction, and is very solid.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is an option available for most playhouses. Electrically it is fairly simple but the homeowner is responsible for connecting the playhouse to a GFI outlet.Painting
You can save some money by painting the exterior or interior yourself.
Select your color . You can buy your own or select from a color chart.
Roofing
The base design comes with a bare wood roof. For $180 we will install shingles. Or you can do it yourself. This does not apply to the Paintball Fortress or the Pirate Ship.
Doors
Each playhouse has a child size door. Some have the option for a larger door at the end for better adult access, or should you want to consider using it for storage when the kids have grown.Upgrade Plan
If you buy one of the junior models you can upgrade to a senior size. We will remove the junior house and replace it with the larger one of your choice. You will receive a credit of half of the original purchase price.Custom plans
Maybe you have your own ideas. We have other ideas on the drawing board. We can take your ideas and turn them into reality. Or take one of our own and modify them.Homeowners Associations
Please check with the Association first. It can take them a while to respond. We can help with dimensions and images.Referrals
If you buy a playhouse and refer us to another customer, we will reward you with a dinner out and two movie tickets.Carpet
We can order indoor / outdoor carpet for your playhouse, but we recommend that you save money by buying remnants from a local carpet store since you only need a small amount.
