Holly Playhouses

The Classic Playhouse is a wonderful addition to your backyard.  It can be color matched to you house.  We offer a plan to buy the smaller model and then upgrade later to a larger house as the children grow.

Many features are standard but check the options page for those features that cost more.

This playhouse is painted a super cute color and shows the optional air conditioning at the end.  The foundation is laid on blocks to keep termites away.  The construction is very solid and will not shift.  This house is shown with optional shingle roof.

STANDARD FEATURES 

• This model comes in two sizes: 10ft by 8ft, and 8ft by 6ft.
• The larger model comes with a 8ft by 3 1/2 ft loft accessible by a ladder. 
• The smaller model has a 6ft by 3ft loft with ladder. 

OPTIONAL FEATURES 

• A 5ft end door is optional, making for better access for adults or to use as a shed after the kids have grown.
•  The base price comes without roofing.  It is optional for those who would rather do it themselves.
• Air conditioning is an affordable option
• The design can be customized to meet your needs, but may cost more.
• You can add carpet to the floor and loft.
